Love is an illusion

The night is dark I am all alone
With my loneliness I whimper and moan
The love which seemed to be true, was in fact illusory
And the promises made with conviction were false and cursory
The inner magnificence becomes so secondary
People have always and will love just the superficial beauty
Who cares for what you are even somewhat
The concern is always what you are not
People make you count only your blemishes
But no one tries to applauds for your accomplishments
They show as if they love, they show as if they care
But deep somewhere the feelings are just so unfair
They live with you, they promise a heart
But in reality they just never discharge
They make you see countless dreams
But turning them into reality is never their regard
They say you are special
But you are treated as trivial
You hope you try
At last you relinquish
It seems the journey may go long
But then you realize this is soon going to finish
The hopes sinks the optimism die
No one is there to hear to your cry...
Love is an illusion pain is certainty
Joy is transitory and only KARMA perpetuity.
